2020 has been an eye-opener for when it comes to race relations and how we treat the previously incarcerated in the United States. Things like reducing incarceration recidivism and racial bias training are now topics of common conversation.

How do we ensure our community is positioned to reincorporate the previously incarcerated? How do we ensure our community is welcoming to people of all colors?
