Traveling Smithsonian exhibit explores innovation in rural communities

A traveling exhibit from the Smithsonian Institution celebrates the inventive spirit of rural America. "Spark! Places of Innovation" is from the Smithsonian's Museum on Main Street.

“Spark! Places of Innovation” is on display now at the Rapid City Public Library. Laurinda Tapper, public relations coordinator at the library, discusses what struck her the most about the exhibit and the upcoming programming about innovation in Rapid City.
