Levitt at the Falls, in downtown Sioux Falls, is celebrating what organizers say was another successful summer of music.

During their 6th free summer concert series, 500 musicians took the stage to share their sound with nearly 90,000 people. The season's final concert was Sept. 14.

SDPB helped stream concerts live to 165,119 more people across 73 countries.

Organizers included a local or regional opening act during every concert, and provided open mics where area musicians could share the stage.

The 2024 season also included cultural festival collaborations and jam camps for area youth.

Next fall, the Levitt plans to break ground on an expansion of the stage to continue supporting programs like festivals, summer camps and concerts.
