Are you on a diet or trying to lose some weight? Maybe you're trying to become more fit by making healthier decisions. According to Health Magazine, these are the top-25 foods a person should try and avoid. Some of the items on the list may surprise you.

Some of the foods are on the list because of a high calorie count. Other items are here due to high amounts of fat, sodium, and artificial flavor ingredients.
