Peter Hegg, Chairman of Hegg Companies, Inc., in Sioux Falls, has been appointed to the Advisory Council on Small Business and Labor which advises the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis. Hegg said he looks forward to giving his perspective of what is happening in North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana as a result of the Bakken oil exploration. Hegg will serve a three-year term.
