Morning Macro: Unemployment, Job Separation, And Discouraged Workers

Earlier this month, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported the U.S. unemployment rate for February registered 3.8 percent, 0.2 percent lower than it registered for January.  Meanwhile, the labor-force participation rate registered 63.2 percent, unchanged from the level it registered for January.
