City Promotes “Safer Sioux Falls Pledge“

Chamber of Commerce
Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce

The City of Sioux Falls and the Chamber of Commerce are promoting businesses that pledge to follow COVID public health guidelines. Businesses can take the Safer Sioux Falls pledge online.

Jeff Griffon is President and CEO of the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce. He says the pledge includes expectations about face coverings, readily available hand sanitizer, and other CDC recommendations to curb the spread of COVID-19.

“As a chamber, I know we’ve received a lot of inquiries from citizens who want to support businesses that are following CDC guidelines. This list will serve as a resource for those consumers and visitors.

Griffon says many businesses are already following these guidelines, and it’s time to promote their efforts to keep customers and employees safe.

The map of participating businesses is available at SiouxFalls.org/pledge.
