A Brandon woman won't see any prison time after pleading guilty to grand theft by exploitation.

The Minnehaha County Circuit Court sentenced 58-year-old Coralee Multerer to 10 years in prison, but all that time is suspended.

The court also ordered her to pay over $100,000 in restitution.

The Attorney General’s office said Multerer exploited an elderly victim for several years by using her power of attorney.
