A man is facing homicide charges after a death on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
The Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety said the victim was found unresponsive near the old Pine Ridge courthouse on U.S. Highway 18 Sunday.
He was taken to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Police say the suspect is in custody. No names have been released.
