Through the Google Women Techmakers Scholars Program, Fransisca Opoku-Boateng will receive a scholarship to attend a Google Scholars' Retreat. Opoku-Boateng is a doctoral student at Dakota State University in Madison. She and others will explore technical and professional development through the blackcomputeHER Fellowship.
