A Sioux Falls physician is being recognized for her efforts to boost childhood immunization rates.
The Centers for Disease Control named Dr. Jennifer Schriever the South Dakota “Childhood Immunization Champion."
The CDC appointment comes alongside a report from the World Health Organization about the increase in so called “super bugs” or antibiotic resistant bacteria.
