South Dakota has now reported more than 18,600 confirmed cases of COVID-19. More than 15,600 people have recovered. The people of North Dakota, Wisconsin, and South Dakota have the highest risk in the nation right now, per capita. And we are learning more every week about how this virus is spread, how to contain that spread, and how to survive the more damaging aspects of the disease.

Today we check in with Dr. Chad Thury. He is Avera Health's Regional Director of Clinical Quality and a Family Medicine Physician.
