Proposed budget would give long-term care providers a financial boost

South Dakota has seen many long-term care providers close their doors due to financial hardship.

Long-term care advocates applauded Gov. Kristi Noem last December when her budget proposal included increased funding for Medicaid providers.

Where is that proposal at now?
