Noem Appoints Mammenga As Judge For South Dakota's 2nd Circuit Court

Governor Kristi Noem is appointing Jennifer Mammenga to serve as a judge in South Dakota’s 2nd Circuit Court.

Mammenga has served for the District of South Dakota United States Attorney’s Office as the Assistant U.S. Attorney since 2016. She served as the Opioid Coordinator for the district.

In 2015, Mammenga was named the Midwest High-Intensity Drug Task Force Outstanding Prosecutor.

Mammenga says she is honored to accept the position and is looking forward to serving South Dakota.
