Last week, President Obama released his FY14 Budget, which allocated $3.2 million for the Lewis and Clark Regional Water System.  Lewis and Clark Executive Director Troy Larson said that the water system is not able to initiate any construction in 2013 due to a lack of funding and the $3.2 million is not enough to allow any pipeline construction to move forward in 2014.
