Peter Rudy, a former Sioux City resident, now lives in Oklahoma close to the hardest-hit area of yesterday's EF5 tornado in the town of Moore. He talks about what he has witnessed including a community coming together during rescue and recovery efforts. Afterwards, we spoke to Sioux Falls Emergency Manager Regan Smith who addressed severe weather preparedness and his experiences working on a statewide level.
