Kirkeby Again Attempts Law To Drug-Test State Assistance Recipients

State Senator Mark Kirkeby is trying again for a law to drug-test recipients of public assistance. The Rapid City legislator has failed in the past to get legislation passed directing the Department of Social Services to develop a protocol for drug testing.
