Record Rainfall Presents Problems for South Dakotans

Over the weekend, parts of eastern South Dakota saw more rain than is normal for the entire month of June. Sioux Falls set a 24-hour rainfall record with 4.65 inches between Saturday and Sunday.  Laura Edwards is Climate Field Specialist with South Dakota State University Extension.
