Jessica Michak of Deadwood History outlines the acquisition of the papers of South Dakota newspaper publisher Jessie Sundstrom.
Sundstrom is credited with advancing the documentation of Black Hills history. She was a civic leader, an author, a photographer, and a publisher. Sundstrom died in 2013. Her papers are archived and available to the public through Deadwood History.
