Dakota Midday: Cheyenne River Research Symposium

The 2nd Annual Cheyenne River Research Symposium is scheduled for Thursday. It’s called “Researching, Restoring & Rebuilding our Oyate for a Longer Life." One of the symposium’s goals is to introduce community members and policy makers to the positive potential of research among Native populations.

Eileen Briggs and Joeseph Yracheta discuss the symposium and how communities can benefit partnerships in research and data sharing.

Lori Walsh is a special correspondent with SDPB and host of the "In the Moment" podcast.
