Recreational use of flooded land has made headlines as the state Game Fish and Parks Department responds to a recent decision by the South Dakota Supreme Court. We talk with SD GFP Secretary Kelly Hepler and wildlife division director Tony Leif about what’s ahead and take listener questions. Then SDPB’s Lee Strubinger joins us with thoughts from the Governor’s Office in Pierre.
