People who volunteer their time and skills provide community services that might not otherwise exist. The Helpline Center in Rapid City coordinates Black Hills services by emailing and posting volunteer opportunities. And once a year, the center hosts a Volunteer Expo to allow potential volunteers to meet agency reps face to face. This year's Expo was held Saturday, Oct. 28, at the Dahl Arts Center.
