As the 2018 legislative session gets underway in Pierre, we welcome South Dakota's Secretary of Agriculture Mike Jaspers.
He owns and operates a corn, soybean, alfalfa and cattle production operation in Hutchinson, McCook and Marshall counties. Jaspers graduated from Roslyn High School and South Dakota State University.
