A new series of classes is about to begin for those interested in geology in the Black Hills.

This will include how to use geological maps and tools along with features and fossils unique to the Black Hills. Alvis Lisenbee, Ph.D. is Professor Emeritus at South Dakota School of Mines & Technology.

Chris has nearly 30 years of experience in radio broadcasting and production.
Lori Walsh is a special correspondent with SDPB and host of the "In the Moment" podcast.
