This summer, SDPB brings you highlights from the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra's 2017-18 Season.

Our Summer with the Symphony series offers uninterrupted recordings of live performances from the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls, including insight into the history of the music and the artists who created and performed it.

Today ... A Thai composer who wrote what some consider one of the great American piano concertos. Here to introduce Narong Prangcharoen's Louminary Concerto for Piano and Orchestra is Maestro Delta David Gier and pianist Emanuele Arcuili. We spoke with them in October, before the performance.
