A bipartisan panel of former Members of Congress and former Administration officials is working to analyze the nation's biodefense capabilities.

Former South Dakota Senator Tom Daschle serves on the Blue Ribbon Study Panel on Biodefense. The panel is co-chaired by Senator Joe Lieberman and Governor Tom Ridge.

Tom Ridge, former Secretary of Homeland Security and former Governor of Pennsylvania, joined In The Moment with an update.
