ESPN's 'College Gameday' to broadcast live from South Dakota State University

The ESPN program “College Gameday” is broadcasting live from Brookings this Saturday.

The popular college football broadcast will showcase the “Dakota Marker” game between third ranked South Dakota State and current FCS Champions North Dakota State.

Jason Hove is the Sports Information Director at SDSU. He says the excitement on campus continues to grow as the week progresses.

"Once you start seeing those sets go up, then the reality that this is actually coming here is probably going to set in a little bit more," says Hove. "The Chamber of Commerce in town is doing some cool things. So, it’s not just an SDSU event, it’s certainly a community event.”

The ESPN set is going up on the college green on the west side of the campus.

“College Gameday” is broadcasting live from Brookings on Saturday morning from 8-11.
