In The Moment: A Potential 2022 Opponent For Governor Noem

Sanford's Nursing Residency Program recently received full accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Erica DeBoer is with us to explain this designation and its potential impact.

Dakota Political Junkies Mike Card and Jon Schaff dive into the governor's executive order that pauses applications for federal history and civics grants and singles out the 1619 project and the work of Ibram X. Kendi.

Bhaskar Rimal is with Dakota State University. He joins us today with more on a research grant regarding new technologies related to electric vehicles.

Let's take a moment to remember Glenna Fouberg. Fouberg was known in South Dakota as "Mrs. Education." An innovative educator, Fouberg evolved Aberdeen's Alternative Learning Center where she changed the trajectory of hundreds of lives. She was South Dakota's Teacher of the Year in 1994. She also served 19 years on the South Dakota Board of Education, four as president. Fouberg died on January 5th of this year. She's part of the South Dakota Hall of Fame's Class of 2020.

Singer, songwriter, and South Dakota shepherdess Eliza Blue is on tour. She joins us in SDPB's Kirby Family Studio in Sioux Falls to play live music for Moment in Sound. We'll also talk about her SDPB program Wish You Were Here.
