The legislative session is winding down, but is a veto battle on the horizon? Lawmakers and political analysts weigh in.

Gov. Kristi Noem signaled a possible challenge to legislators on Twitter. In a video, she called for a budget that includes an eliminated food tax and hints that she may veto a budget without it.

Rep. Will Mortenson is the House majority leader and a Republican representing District 24. He joins to talk about Gov. Noem's partnership with the state's Republican party and recounts the wins of the session.
