Coach Talk

This week on Game Time, Jason Andera and Nate Wek dive into the minds of coaches from across South Dakota — can you match the quote to the coach? Plus, we spotlight the state’s top playmakers in our Game Time Game Changers. And don’t miss our deep dive into Friday night’s biggest high school football matchups, including another epic No. 1 vs. No. 2 showdown as Sioux Falls Lincoln hits the road to take on Brandon Valley!

Jason started his career in media at KSFY Television in 1997, where he launched the inaugural Pigskin Preview magazine that covers high school football in South Dakota. He then began a career at Midco Sports in 2011, where he continued his passion for covering high school sports. His contributions included starting a weekly show called Varsity Sports Now and a live show on Friday nights called Varsity Sports Live. He also was the play-by-play announcer for high school games on the network. Jason graduated from the University of South Dakota in 1997 with a degree in Mass Communication. He now lives with his family in Sioux Falls.
