Law school program offers pathway to public service

If law school graduates want to practice in South Dakota, they typically must pass an exam for admission into the South Dakota State Bar Association. But a program from the USD Knudson School of Law is piloting an alternative path.

The Public Service Pathways Program helps match students with agencies across the state, often where need for new lawyers is highest.
