Avera will open a new family health center in eastern Sioux Falls near Dawley Farm Village in early January. The Avera Medical Group Family Health Center – Dawley Farm will offer services like pediatrics, dermatology, urgent care, X-rays, ultrasounds, and more.

Lowell Lundstrom Junior claims he was cheated out of compensation for his role in recruiting farmers to sign onto a lawsuit against an international seed supplier. Lundstrom appealed to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, which heard arguments in Saint Paul last week.
