The South Dakota license plate debate has come to an end with a settlement between the state and a local ACLU chapter. The initial lawsuit was filed after the owner of a cannabis business was denied a vanity plate.

Residents of Wakonda might have felt a magnitude 3 earthquake hit last weekend. The quake came from an estimated depth of five miles.
