On today's update...

Gov. Kristi Noem is meeting with constituents across the state as she hosts a series of town halls and bill signing ceremonies. It begins Wednesday at DSU in Madison.

The governor signs a trio of bills into law regulating carbon pipelines in South Dakota. The legislature passed the bills this session in response to a proposed carbon sequestration pipeline.

The state Department of Health is warning the public of another scam. In this scam, scammers impersonate DOH or licensing board officials and falsely claim heath care professionals are in breach of licensing regulations.

The South Dakota Game Fish and Parks commission proposes licensing numbers for non-resident waterfowl and small game hunting seasons. This comes out of a two-day meeting establishing next hunting season’s limits and opportunities.

And more.
