A deceased baby boy, now known as Gabriel James Doe, was found on Aug. 6 at a recycling center in Sioux Falls. The Miller Funeral Home is providing a celebration of life and visitation ceremony over the next two days—both open to the public.

Amid a budget crunch, a change in government format, and multiple resignations in city hall, the city of Sturgis faces a challenging year ahead.
