A South Dakota student attending Hamilton College in New York is facing charges for antisemitic activity. Adyn Brenden is charged with one count of aggravated harassment for allegedly posting antisemitic remarks on art canvasses across the college's campus.

Sioux Falls police are asking for the public's help in a shooting that left a woman injured. It happened early Tuesday morning in a neighborhood just east of downtown.

Come November, South Dakotans have many choices. That includes the House at-large seat, a race between incumbent Republican Dusty Johnson and Democratic counterpart Sheryl Johnson.

The state of South Dakota is joining a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality aimed at a Tennessee law prohibiting transgender minors from accessing certain medical treatments. The case is before the U.S. Supreme Court.
