Kent Wilsey is a business owner and rancher from Owanka in Pennington County. Wilsey is a Libertarian running for the South Dakota State Senate in District 29 which includes parts of Pennington, Butte, and Meade Counties. This is not his first time running for office, but it is his first time running for a seat in the South Dakota Legislature.
