Former legislator Caleb Finck chaired a committee in 2022 that explored elements of juvenile justice reform. A summer study he took part in examined challenges and solutions surrounding how to respond to juvenile deliquency.

He joined In the Moment to discuss what the study found and how that research affects current legislation.
