Gov. Kristi Noem has signed a bill to increase access to higher ethanol blends for gas retailers.
Senate Bill 78 grants a tax refund for E-15.
“It will make higher ethanol blends more readily available, bringing prices down at the pump,” said Noem. “We’re committed to an all-of-the-above approach to energy that doesn’t pick winners and losers but lowers prices for all South Dakotans.”
The bill is one of 71 signed into law so far this session.
