The impacts of the juvenile diversion programs

We speak with the Pennington County state's attorney's office on a bill that's on its way to the governor's desk. Senate Bill 47 could increase the use of juvenile diversion programs.

Kim Moresching, director of the Pennington County juvenile diversion program, discusses who's eligible for the program and the services available to them.

Plus, she responds to people who may be skeptical about the successes of these programs.
