This interview originally aired on "In the Moment" on SDPB Radio.

On Thursday morning, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld access to the abortion pill mifepristone by mail.

Mike Thompson joined us in April after the Court heard arguments on this case. We welcome him back with an update.

He dissects the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine's lawsuit and the legal points they had to prove. Plus, we get his analysis into the legal principle "standing."

Thompson is a professor of criminal justice at the University of Sioux Falls.
