As Summit Carbon Solutions looks to build a carbon dioxide pipeline, many are upset with the possibility of eminent domain use.

The House State Affairs committee looked at the issue and heard testimony on a bill that would ban eminent domain use for any entity looking to build liquid carbon dioxide pipelines.

We hear the committee hearing in their own words.

The bill passed the committee 10-3.
