Rounds: Intel on boat strikes 'exquisite'

The United States Air Force is set to spend billions of dollars on new projects in 2026. That includes major investments at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota.

Meanwhile, the U.S. continues to carry out military strikes on boats in the Caribbean Sea and Eastern Pacific Ocean. Destroying vessels and killing crew members is a pivot from previous U.S. policy that favored seizing vessels and prosecuting drug traffickers.
