Gov. Larry Rhoden delivers the State of the State address Tuesday, marking the beginning of the 2026 legislative session in Pierre.
The speech is delivered each year to a joint session of lawmakers on the House floor. In it, the governor discusses the state's successes, the challenges it faces as well as priorities for the session.
