Medical professionals join SDPB to discuss pre-existing research and clinical trials in South Dakota involving the anti-malarial drug hydroxychloroquine in treating and preventing COVID-19. A collaboration among Sanford Health, Avera Health and Monument Health, the controlled study initially includes 2,000 outpatient individuals exposed to COVID-19, including frontline healthcare workers and other high-risk patients.
