This past fall, the South Dakota High School Activities Association board approved the sanctioning of high school softball in South Dakota. The inaugural season will take place during the 2022-23 school year. The SDHSAA board of directors met to make the decision whether it should be a fall or spring sport. SDPB's Nate Wek joins us with more.
