The School–Prison Trust is a new addition to the Forerunners: Ideas First series from the University of Minnesota Press. The book explores the relationships between schools and prisons. We talk with co-authors Sabina Vaught and Brian McKinley Jones Brayboy.

It is cooperative month in South Dakota. It is an opportunity to focus on a South Dakota cooperative taking a proactive approach to the challenge of getting young farmers to serve on the board of directors. SDPB’s Lura Roti has this story.
