As part of the 1983 SDPB TV program “The Circle,” Buddy Red Bow performed a song off his upcoming album Journey to the Spirit World titled “My Friend, The Buffalo.” A record insert with the LP features an original painting by Ed Two Bulls, a song description, and the lyrics in both Lakota and English.
