Milwaukee Bucks point-guard Nate Wolters has been waived by the organization. According to Terry Vandrovec with the Argus Leader in Sioux Falls, SD, teams will have 48-hours to sign Wolters before he becomes a free agent. The Bucks franchise has signed 37-year old Kenyon Martin to a 10-day contract in place of Wolters vacancy on the roster.

According to multiple sources, including rotoworld, which is powered by NBC Sports, Wolters will likely end up on another NBA team in the near future.

Wolters was the 38th overall pick in the draft two years ago. He put up record numbers while attending South Dakota State in Brookings, SD, including the all-time scoring record of 2,353 points.

During his junior and senior seasons, he led the SDSU Jackrabbits to two straight Summit League Championships, and two straight trips to the NCAA Tournament.

These next few hours/days will be interesting for the 6-4 point guard. Will another team pick him up or will he fall into the pit of misfit toys?
