The 2018 State Volleyball Championships are underway in Sioux Falls with quarterfinal action taking place on Thursday. Here are the results at the end of day one.

Class AA

Quarterfinal Results

Rapid City Stevens defeated Brookings 3-0 (25-17, 25-23, 25-20)

Watertown defeated Huron 3-2 (25-14, 21-25, 25-19, 24-26, 19-17)

Sioux Falls O’Gorman defeated Mitchell 3-0 (26-24, 25-21, 25-14)

Sioux Falls Washington defeated Sioux Falls Roosevelt 3-1 (25-15, 25-11, 22-25, 25-18)

He is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism Broadcasting and a minor in Leadership. From 2010-2013 Nate was the Director of Gameday Media for the Sioux Falls Storm (Indoor Football League) football team.
